My boyfriend left for the movies at 1:30. He went with his brother to hang out- no big deal, but he calls me acciently at 5pm and tells me he'll be home soon. My aunt just came home from the hospital and her new baby girl. He knew I was supposed to be at her house 10 minutes ago( 7pm). He's still not home. Also, it's my day off and he wasn't here all day. Would you be mad?

Well I'm the one with the car and he was using mine. He just got home right now. He was taking his "NEW" car to the garage to get fixed. Still think it's rude he took so long!

I would be mad, because, has anyone else noticed, that guys just seem to forget about their girlfriends when they have other things going on?Us girls are ALWAYS thinking about our boyfriends no matter what were doing. We could be giving labor, and the womans pushing, thinking,"that son of a B knocked me up and I'm here pushing?"Even though their not always good thoughts,we girls ALWAYS think about our man. :} I'd be pretty ticked off!

Everybody needs their space. But if he promised you he'd take you to your aunt's house at a specific time, then yes I'd be a little miffed. If this becomes a habit, you have a problem. However, if you are using your boyfriend for a limo service, you need to find some alternative arrangement for getting yourself around. He's going to get tired of making his schedule around you, and will rebel (by not showing up when he's supposed to)!

I would be mad at my bf if he did that to me. Its my day off and he isnt spending it with me and then he calls to say he is on his way home and 2 hrs later he is not there yet and you have somewhere to be that he knows about. I would call him and fuss him out and then go to my aunt's without him and think about the relationship Im in because it sounds like he may be taking you for granted.

Yes, but guys are never on time. If he says he will be home at 5 add 1 hour to that. So he was still late after giving him that extra hour!

if he agreed to be my transportation to my aunts house, or just planned to go with me i would be irritated and make note of his inconsiderate absence...... however, if he was not obligated and you have given him your "blessing" to hang out with his bro, you should be at your aunts house already and not be worried about him. ( either way, dont sit around and put off events or plans that are important to you - if it / you are important to him he will be there .)

I would be calling him to see why he was not home yet. Ask him if he forgot that you had plans to meet your Aunt. I would be upset.

Yes, I would. It's obvious that he's blown you off for the guys, and that is so rude and unthoughtful! <3
