First off you can not make someone want you, NOT GONNA HAPPEN!
Second people notice you, never forget you and miss you by just being who you are BE YOURSELF!
Third: TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!
Fourth: get out there and meet people say hello and LISTEN to what their saying Be INTERESTED in Them and they will be interested IN YOU! THAT WAY YOU WILL B NEVER FORGOTTEN,MISSED AND A SPECIAL SOMEONE WILL WANT YOU BECAUSE YOUR YOU.

You can't, its something you have or you don't. If you try, youll be trying to hard and it will annoy people.
Just be yourself, thats usually enough and be open.
