EWW i need help?

ok i am thirteen years old and i have pimples like any naormal teenager but they have started coming up on my upper back and shoulders it's wrong i want to know how to get rid of them.

Pimples on the shoulders and back are normal in addition to face. However I've also read in magazines that if you over condition your hair (especially if you have long hair) a lot the conditioner running down your back may clog pores and cause pimples like you describe. You may want to consider that, but some of the other stuff people here are suggesting sounds good, too. Good luck!

raw unpasturized apple cider vinegar..

I had that problem when I was your age. I used Neutrogena oil free body wash. It worked wonders!
