At about 2 months it will become a cat until it is 4 months, then it becomes a puppy and a dog much later on (and a non-working member of the family). Just kidding. It's a dog from conception and becomes mature anywhere between 1 and 2 years of age (depending on the size of the breed) Enjoyed your question very much.

It depends, smaller dogs will mature much faster than larger dogs do. For a smaller dog, expect 9-12 months, for a larger dog, expect a year and a half to 2 and a half years.

"Offically" it's 12 months, but if you mean become mature, it varies from breed to breed, large dogs taking much longer than small breeds.
