Please, please, please educate yourself a bit before you invest in a dog marketed as an "Imperial ShihTzu."
The Shih Tzu breed does not have such a variety. It is a marketing term coined by unscrupulous breeders.
The American Shih Tzu club has a very thorough explanation on this, and here is an important part:

A breed standard is a written description of the ideal dog of a particular breed by which it is bred and judged at dog shows. Breed standards are used by all canine organizations. The first written standard for Shih Tzu was that of the Peking Kennel Club, in 1938, which stated that the ideal weight for Shih Tzu was 10 to 15 pounds. Today, Shih Tzu breed standards approved by purebred dog registries around the world are very similar to the 1938 Peking Kennel Club standard. They recognize that one of the distinguishing characteristics of the Shih Tzu is that it is not a fragile dog. It is very solid and sturdy despite its relatively compact size.

There are people who will say that you shouldn't follow the American breed standard and their special imperials are the real deal from China. As you can see the Peking Kennel Club standard from 1938 is the foundation for the current Am. standard.
These are lovely, wonderful, robust, good natured, fantastic dogs----when bred by people who are doing it properly.
Anyone who is deliberately trying to make these amazing dogs extra-tiny is not IMO breeding them properly.
Please, please, please, read up a bit more on the breed and find a breeder near you where you can get a healthy, good-tempered dog who will be a wonderful companion for many years.
Then name him something magical or mystical because that is what these little fellows are....like merlin, or sprite, or kokopelli.

i have a male imperial shih tzu and i named it Ozzie.
but for a c or k i would name it Chester or Kobe.
