Could be because:
!. You eat to much crappy foods
2. You don't exercise enough
3. You have it in your families genetics
4. You have a thyroid disorder
5. You have poly cystic ovarian disease
6. You are diabetic (adult onset-makes weight loss harder)
7. You take medications that slow down weight loss or cause weight gain.
These are just a few of the possibilities.
