im 14 about 5 foot 5 and i weight APROXAMITLY 160 pounds... am i to over weight?

Depends on how much muscle you have. I'm 5'5 and 170lbs but I'm quite muscular. The BMI says that I'm morbidly obese, however I'm very active. I ski. I bike. I am not FAT. Sure I have a bit of extra weight, but I am extremely far from morbidly obese.

If you're not active and spend all day eating poorly, then perhaps. Your question is too vague. It all depends on your body type.

yes thats overweight.
u shud cut back on ur food. and go jogging every morning or night. itll realy help.
im 5'3 and 117 and i wana lose about 10 pounds so im doing that. also something that really helps lose about 6ish pounds and helps u not gain anymore is the special k diet. its great cuz u can have 3 meals of chocolate a day.
likee before school for breakfast il have a double chocolate meal bar, then lunch il have a chocolate peanut butter meal bar and then dinner i have a bowl of special k cereal. ur actually spose to have one regular meal a day, but i dont cuz u can lose more weight. umm for snacks either get special k snack bars or eat fresh vegetables or fruit.
if u get a craving just chew gum til it loses its flavor and ull be good.
also drink ALOT of water it REALLLY helps more than u could think because ur body needs a lot of water to function rite and ur liver needs it and thats wat takes care of digestive stuff and it can speed ur metabolism if u drink a lot.
also green tea helps u lose weight...PURE green tea, not stuf from kroger. wat me and my mom use is green tea in a little dropper from vitamin stores..u mix it with water..it dont taste so great, but it works and is healthy.
stick to that and youll lose some weight i promise !
im only 12 and its working for me.

im 15 5'6 147. i used to weigh 180 but i lost alot of weight. im on my own diet now. ive been dieting for awhile.

your BMI is 26.6
which means you are overweight...
normal range is from: 18.5-24.9

just eat healthy and exercise!

well, thts how much i way, and i am also tht age, to me i hate being 160lbs, so i am goin on a diet, i advise you do the same but a healthy one like me

according to your BMI (26.6) (25.0–29.9=Overweight) yes you are fat. however, if you are really muscular than you might not be overweight.
