I'm 15, female, with a history of recurrent UTI. So I just went to the bathroom, and after I finished, thinking I had yet another UTI, I waited. My urethra was burning, and out of nowhere this thing plopped out. It's bloody ad fleshy, but I'm not sure what it is... Could it be a polyp? A Kidney stone?

My urethra feels MUCH better now, but do any of you think you know what's going on?

Yes, I'm sure it came from my urethra, I retrieved it, and am goign to take it to the doctor. But in the meantime, I am curious...

Yeah... the thing is kinda squishy. And by recurring, I mean like... twice a month. I don't know whats wrong with me, and I have yet (thought I DESPERATELY WANT TO) see a urologist.

If you had a bladder infection, it could be a residual blood clot (going with the fact that you did have blood in your urine.) If you had passed a renal calculi (Stone) you wouldn't be sitting on this computer telling me about it. It is extremely painful. You did a good thing in saving it to show the doctor...see him tomorrow and Good luck!

I had a severe UTI during chemo & had bloody clots in my urine. The clots form on the inside wall of the bladder & urethra & are torn off during urination. Yes, it is as painful as it sounds. Get to a doctor for some antibiotics.

Kidney stones are extremely painful. Sounds like a clot to me. Have the doctor look at it to be sure. Good luck.

Could be a small blood clot. With reoccurring UTI's it isn't uncommon to have some
More important you be to find out why you keep getting them and then avoid things that promote UTI's.
If you don't already know send me an e-mail and I'll list them for you.

Well, I have passed a kidney stone or two and neither one of them were fleshy. Best to just let the doc figure it out for ya.

If it's the colour of beef liver it's probably a blood clot. Let the doctor check it AND you out.
