there's this guy i really love him he asked me out and i didn't answer him he thinks i hate him but i don't i love him i just don't know how to tell him what should i do

I ask only this. If you two never dated, how can you "love" him? As for what to do, tell him "I'm sorry for not answering, I got nervous or scared or something" & then answer his past question.

First of all you should go out with him and tell him how you feel that you don't hate him.Start off with a date then see what happens i wouldn't express my love just yet just in case he don't feel the same.
