Yes the words aren't so clear..I had to listen to it a few times..but it is an extract from the song Jugoslavijo by Montenegrin Boban Rajovic
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DxDf16OeMtE

It is this verse repeated again and again

Jugoslavijo, ko ne bih zalio
nevina si bila a zivog si me ubila
Jugoslavijo, ko nije patio
ne zna sta si bila i sta si znacila

Here is the translation..

Jugoslavijo, ko ne bih zalio
YUGOSLAVIA, WHO WOULD NOT MOURN

nevina si bila a zivog si me ubila
YOU WERE INNOCENT AND KILLED ME ALIVE (It more literally means the above..but in the context you could use this ''you completely destroyed me)

Jugoslavijo, ko nije patio
YUGOSLAVIA, WHO DID NOT SUFFER

ne zna sta si bila i sta si znacila
DOES NOT KNOW WHAT YOU WERE AND WHAT YOU MEANT
