I think it depends on several things. If you 1)believe your complexion is a reflection of your inner nature,2) if you believe your complexion is a reflection of the nature of others, 3)if you don't care and have never thought about it, 4)or if you would do anything to have a clear complexion . ..and because of these variants the foods/drugs may also vary ..depending

thank you--yet yet another great one to function is ingesting lots of water. in basic terms greater. continuously shop a water bottle with you. i attempted it for in basic terms each week and it made my epidermis glow and blemishes have been kinda taking off to bypass away and pimples got here yet have been particularly small----yet that's what all of the different stuff is for.

No sugar or packaged products. Veggies are very good and like the other guy said, salmon, that is right on!

-Grapefruit
-Pastas with veggie-based sauces and without meat
-Cranberry juice
