salmon
enough mayonnaise to cover the salmon
pepper
garlic salt
season salt

Spread mayonnaise all over the salmon, then cover with the spices; put on greased foil lined grill at medium-low heat and cook for 30 minutes or until done. Remove from grill; place on serving tray, then enjoy!

One of my favorite recipies is to grill a Salmon Filet covered with a sauce made of maonaise and smooth peanut butter.

Mix 2 parts maonaise with 1 part peanut butter. Spread liberally over the flesh. Grill it skin side down, covered. Cooking time depends on thicknes. Use a fork to test for doneness. The flesh will be flaky when finished at the thickest part.

If you don't want the fish to be so oily. Poach it in water with wine, cellery, carrots, onions, bay, pepper corns and plenty of salt. Let it cool and then flake it for a salad or stuffing.

1sm onion finely chopped
(8oz) cooked salmon or a can of tuna
1egg
1 T. Dill Weed
1 T.fresh parsley
1/2 tsp .chicken broth
1c. Maza Meal or Moist Crackers"

Put some butter in a pan with some lemon juice (about half a lemon) and sprinkle some black pepper and salt on the fillets. fry em' up! They are wonderful!

build a big bon fire on the beach sand , wrap the fish in wax paper and tin foil and bury it in the sand beside the fire as close as you can get, cook for 1 hr

grilled, or broiled...

seasoned lightly...no need to go too crazy on the sauces/spices...the fish has good flavor to begin with..
