i sure hope not (unless you're having a retro 37th birthday party)
i reckon you could make it with baking soda, sugar, lemon flavouring (not actual lemon) and some colour
or just visit your local chemical plant and tap the nearest tank - whatever comes out is probably cremola foam (I'm pretty sure that's how it was spelled)

I have only heard of Cremola custard..you had to mix it with milk and make a good paste.
