k I'm going through the the same thing and like I'm in school but old enough 2 know better and last year i thought he was leaving but didn't know 4 a fact so i didn't tell him that was the hardest summer of my life but he came back so do u know 4 a fact that he's leaving if u don't then first try 2 find out if he likes u then if he does tell em if he says he doesn't in a really rude say OK i used 2 like u but now i don't

Tell him NOW. Don't wait until right before you leave. Then even if he feels the same way, it will be over. Tell him now. He either will accept you and return the feelings, which will probably lead to a relationship or he will not feel the same way and you will only have to see him for a little while longer until you never see him again. Your feelings will be a little hurt but you won't have to deal with it for that long. It's pretty much a win win situation. so yeah, TELL HIMMMM!!!

Go for it. You might regret not telling him, only to have him tell you 10 years later that he had the BIGGEST crush on you in school, but was too chicken to ask you out.

DEFF tell him the truth because he may feel the same way about you. maybe if you tell him he will come up and visit you or even if you two decide to go out he would still talk to you.
