Where can i get a dvd decoder that will go with the windows vista program on my laptop?

Vista has it's own DVD decoder.

If your talking about a DVD playback program cyberlink power dvd is very good. If your talking about a program that takes the dvd protection of the dvd so that you can copy them and burn them then get DVD43 for free.

Might not be one out there yet, since many people are finding that certain programs and other devices aren't playing nice with vista.
