My bro has OCD and well lately hasent been doin good and just depressed anyone know of any medication that might help hes already takin some but doesnt seem to help much or any natural remedy?

Get him to talk to his doctor, and explain, what he has isn't working. There are many medications and not all work equally well for all people.
And since the Dr. has to prescribe them anyway, he is much better informed about your brothers condition and can prescribe on a better basis than Yahoo answers.

My daughter takes Zoloft for her OCD. Remember it can take up to 6 weeks for full effect of these drugs. If its not working after six weeks, the dosage may need to be adjusted or another med may work better. There will not be an overnight solution but stay working closely with the doc and it will get better. Some behavioral counseling would be good too.

There is no cure for OCD, the only thing doctors can give you is medication... The downfall to that is the taking it can be worse than the disorder itself (the side effects can be bad sexually especially for men), talk to your doctor and have them try a differnt med. Until then keep active, and don't dwell on depression or rather anxiety.
