Powerful Documentary Trounces Man-Made Warming Hoax
Climate change is natural and has been happening since the Earth began

An astounding documentary that was broadcast in the UK last night completely trounced the man-made explanation for global warming, not with emotionally-laden propaganda or by attacking the messenger as its adherants resort to, but by presenting carefully considered and rational science.

The Great Global Warming Swindle brought together a plethora of scientists, professors, climatologists and weather experts to expose the myths about climate change that have been promulgated in order to hoodwink the world into accepting the man-made theory of global warming.

This debate is far from over - expect to see "powerful documentaries" from both proponents as well as opponents of this issue for a long time to come.

And take each with a grain of salt until someone finally uncovers the proverbial "smoking gun" that blows the lid of one or the other positions.

For instance, Gore has admitted he "enhanced" some of the "facts" and details in his documentary to highlight the urgency.
On the other hand, a recent survey supporting his contentions was revealed to have been taken from scientists and others who depend, in one way or another, on government funding concerning this alleged concern. No bias there.
Everyone seems to be providing valid "proof" to support their position - but it can't be that both sides are correct in their assumptions.
Get a good seat and we'll watch as this plays out over the next few years - it'll be entertaining, I'm sure.

I'm curious if the documentary addressed the holes in the ozone layer and the higher incidence of skin cancer. Of course, in the olden days people dressed in hats and long sleeves when they worked outside all day. Now people cook themselves intentionally.

What about acid rain? I think these two things alone tend to point to some major problems that must be addressed in our environment whether or not they are actually causing global warming. They do have their roots in pollution by carbons.

Who the hell cares if global warming is happening or not? The point is global pollution is happening. Global consumption of natural resources is happening. Global greed that keeps energy efficient transportation technologies suppressed abounds. Global disputes over nonsense are killing millions with wars and starvation.

Grrr Why can't we all just figure out that if we don't stand together as Humans and take care of our home, there is no long term future for humanity.

I'm British and I saw it. It was interesting, but wholly unconvincing. It didn't trounce anything, and most of the scientists used are in the pay of oil companies. Refutations were in most British newspapers the following day.

Excess co2 is man made, that is scientifically proven.

Whether you agree with Global Warming or not.....all the pollution we put in the atmosphere will catch up with us.

I haven't seen it but will give it a look. Common sense would tell me the documentary is spot on.
