The data is from before 2000, but I doubt it's changed much.
1. Mandarin-Chinese
2. Spanish
3. English
4. Arabic (all dialects)
5. Hindi
6. Portuguese
7. Bengali
8. Russian
9. Japanese
10. German
11. Punjabi
No, Swahili is #100.
I listed the #11 as well, because Arabic only made top 10 when you count all dialects. Chinese is most spoken just by counting the Mandarin dialect alone.
Spanish is spoken in "most countries", but only at #2 in the world because of the giant population in China versus many smaller Spanish speaking countries in the Americas.
