Well i think i would love if someone asked me out like that lol, just be confident that she likes you and you'll be fine!
If she says no just tell her you're sorry and that you hope the two of you can still be friends.
If she says yes, tell her you're glad that she said yes and that you cant wait to maybe go out on a date sometime.
Find out what she likes to do and where she likes to go so you can plan out your date!

I think that now is a good time to tell her because you have made it up in your mind already I just think you needed the thumbs up. After you tell her, and she says yes, ask her how she feels about the situation. You can try to change the subject to a much lighter one or you can go deeper into that conversation. But brace yourself for if she doesn't feel the same way. Good Luck!

well, if you are REALLY going to say that.... dont say it in the theatre while you are still sitting down. get outside and walk a bit.... then say it. Then there arent a bunch of annoying movie-go'ers around you. Then when (if) she says yes, keep it low-key... just say "ok, great" or "cool" and then talk about something else, like if you liked the movie or not.
but now i have to say.... are you completely sure you want to say this whole speech? maybe just keep it really simple and say "so I like you a lot, and if you feel the same way, I think we should take our relationship to the next level" or something (but make it sound less cheesy). because I know if a guy said that to me after a first date EVEN after being his friend... i would be really freaked out.
i know its how you feel, and you want to tell her.... but think about how she might react.

If she says yes just be cool abt it and smile, maybe ask if she'd like a refill with her soft drink or somethin, maybe see if she'd like 2 go for a walk or somethin after the movie too if it isnt to late.Go ask her silly, see what she says. Good Luck!

Straight to a girlfriend without dating? Ask her for ONE date first at least....
Just go through your spiel and after (if she says yes), ask her when she's free.
Pick a date and time, after school today, tomorrow, weekend, whatever. Maybe the weekend - it will give her time to think about what to wear and tell her girlfriends.

just act the same way you acted when you were just friend. give eachtoher a hug. walk around holding hands. whatever makes you feel comfortable together! take about same things you talked about before. trust me its not as hard as it seems:)

no don't tell her any of that it will totally freak her out. ask her on a couple of dates then ask her to go steady with you. and do what ever feals natural.
again, don't tell her that you liked her from the first moment that you met cause that will most definatly freak her out and she'll think that you're weird. go on a couple of dates with her then ask her to go steady.

DUDE, here's the answer to your question....after you tell her she's hot and you're attracted to her, ask to kiss her. If she says no....try to pick up a hot female teacher instead! giddyup.
