If you HAVE to go to work, take acetaminiphin (Tylenol) for the fever. Drink ginger ale for the nausea. Ginger ale is one of those old home remedies that everyone forgot about for years. It's finally becoming popular again - ginger pills, ginger tea, ginger ale. I personally like ginger ale because it acts so quickly and the bubbles really soothe my stomache in tandem with the ginger. Drink it at room temp, a little at a time.

The best thing is not to go to work. This can spread the cold or whatver it is to your coworkers. However if you must then
WASH YOUR HANDS - frequently, if your workplace has hand sanitizer, use it
I share my workplace (due to being parttime) so when I finish my shift I actually wipe down my desk/phone/mouse etc with an alcohol wipe.
The rest is simply symptom management
-Halls for your cough
-non-drowsy meds
-orange juice, not sure why it helps but it cuts my illnesses short
-plenty of rest etc.

Stay home and crawl back into bed and sweat it out or go to the pharmacy and look for something to take that takes care of your symptom or make a dr.'s appoinment...But at least stay home maybe you'll feel better tomarrow.
