The sentence seems to describe the eyes of a person..

Well if you want a freestyle poetical translation it could be " its a bit saddening but nice" meaning sometimes sad stories would make that kinda effect on us but the complete translation of it is like the otehrs already said above it is " its a bit blurry but nice"

A little "bugulu" but "hos". The words in quotations did not translate. I also looked them up in a Turkish to English dictionary and didn't get any results. Check your spelling and try the phrase out at the link below.

"A bit blurry/misty but nice". You should have stated the context in which you encountered this expression. It would have been easier to translate then.
