It should keep for quite a while. Keep it covered in plastic wrap so that it doesn't dry out.

If it has a lot of milk or cream then probably less than a week (just to be safe, but practically about a week).
btw, chocolate and caramel are two of my most favorite things, would you mind posting the recipe?

Keep it covered and it should last a couple of weeks. Usually, pie does not last in my house for more than two days.

how long is quite awhile? ... a week ? a month?
if its any good it will be gone in an hour .
