My pioneer just died on me...after only a year, so now I'd like to buy a more reliable one, obviously. So what brands do some of you recommend? Thanks

if i were you i'd get a Pioneer Premier. which is pretty much a better built Pioneer with more features. if you dont want anther Pioneer then i'd go with either Eclipse, or Kenwood Excelon. all 3 of the mentioned above will, hands down beat a sony.

when it comes to electronics... hands down you will NOT BEAT a SONY.... Super reliable, long lasting, exceptional sound, excellent pricing. I've had a Kenwood die on me at 1 year old, I had an Alpine which was decent, but didn't sound as good as a less expensive SONY. It's ALL SONY for me. (They should be paying me for these reviews...haha!) Seriously though they are great!

Which car company makes the best cars?
Which fast food company has the best fries?
What computer is best?
Which cell phone provider is best?

Kind of an "it depends" type question, isn't it?
