Im 16) and about (5'9 tall

The healthy weight range for your height and age is 116 to 164 pounds.

Depending on your body type, anywhere from 140-170 lbs would be healthy. (In my opinion anyway!)

Different body types call for different weights. Dont let someone tell you that at 5 ft 9, you need to be 120 lbs cause that isnt ever going to look healthy on someone that tall!
