Well here is what I would say if I liked her and knew her well:
Me: Hi what's going on?
Girl: Not much, wana go see a movie tonight?
Me: ok (or no I'm busy maybe some other day. How about next weekend?) What's your phone # or MSN so I can contact you?

Me: Hi what's going on?
Girl: Not much how about you?
Me: Same want to go see a movie? (or I got a lot of stuff to do. Hey wana see a movie together sometime?
Girl: Ok
Me: ok I'll call you soon. By the way what's your #?

I seriously doubt any guy would kiss you just like that if you sat next to him because of a few reasons.

i would say hi and then quiet down and wait for him to say something and if he doesnt then i start a conversation and if he doesnt exactly respond the way i would like him too then i would say bye. nothing to it really.

He might be like hey wat up so wat r u doing tonight or tom or something like that and then when u answer he might be well thats cool or do u want to go to the movies with me and stuff like that the boy might do!!!!
