Elf hunter = possibly a Bachelor's degree in IT
Elk hunter = associate's at best
MILF hunter = MBA

Unless the game takes all your time, then there is nothing inherently preventing it. Lots of people work while going to school, so gaming while going to school should be possible.

Money is potentially an issue, but that's a different question.
