Depends on the way he was looking at you - but it was probably a bit of both. If he was acting gooffy/silly about it - it was just the your attention he wanted. If he was serious (more than usual - though a smile is acceptable here) - sort of he was sending you a very direct signal - the question is are you interested? ;)

To me all guy's are da same but it sounds like he's trying to test you liek wat kind of girl are you and if he was looking at your legs he was trying to check you out to see if you had nice legs or he was suprised you had a dress on so i guess he was trying to be around you.

i dont know but you need to tell him that is not acceptable and he needs to keep his bullest ball eyes off your beautyful legs that he know he wants
