Raw milk is a great option for lactose intollerant people. There are lactaid free milks available in grocery stores. If you have lactose intollerance, have your mom see if she can find a local source of raw milk (usually a food co op) I wouldnt drink the straight stuff-it can cause you to develop digestive problems and a true milk allergy. Drink lots of fresh veggie and fruit juices-not ones full of sugar and artificial colors and flavors. Talk to your parents about it. I kept drinking milk when lactose intollerant, and ended up in the hospital hooked up to IV's for a week. Stay away from the regular kind (watch for hidden sources too, like in sauces, gravies, cheese, etc.) email me if you need more info

Well, everyone will get sick from milk if consumed in large quantities. If you're having trouble handling small quantities, I could see you being intolerant. If that's the case here are some options.
->Other milks such as Goat and Calcium fortified Soy shouldn't create as much problems.
->Consume other sources of Calcium as indicated in the link below and maybe vitamins.
-> There are dietary pills you can take reduce the effects of latcose intolerance.
=> There are milks you can purchase that have the lactose sugars already removed. The one I'm most familiar with is Dean's Lactose Free milk.

Lactaid is a lactose free milk and there is also a lactose free milk made by Land 'O Lakes, which is the one that I buy. It is excellent and I can still drink milk without getting sick.

If you're lactose intolerant, you shouldn't drink regular milk.
There's lactose-free milk, specifically for people who're lactose intolerant. There are also soy milk, nut milk, and rice milk. Try them and see which one you like best.
There are also other sources of calcium out there - orange juice, bananas... and, of course, supplements.
You probably won't get ill from drinking regular milk (unless you drink insane amounts), but youknowwhat will keep happening - and you could even make your allergy worse.

#1- You are not lactose.
#2- there are plenty of lactose free milks and milk products on the market. That's what I use.
#3- talk to a doctor if you believe you are too short.
Good luck.

There is a milk called Lactaid. You can find this at the supermarket in the dairy isle. Or you can take the Lactaid pill. Pick one.
