You are just a little bit underweight but as long as you dont lose any you are okay where you are.
The usual rule of thumb for weight in women is: 100 pounds for women 5 feet tall. Then add five pounds for each inch over 5 feet. Now this is just an average and does not take into consideration your age or body type etc.

According to the BMI calculator on http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx, you are at a healthy weight. I was browsing some other websites that state an ideal weight for your height is 120 pounds. So, in fact, you could gain 20 pounds and still be at a heathy level!

not at all i am 15, 5 ft 4 1/2 inches and i weigh 125 so you are definatly skinny and not near overweight.... you would have to be atleast 140 to be at risk for being overweight

I have a 13yr old and she is 124lbs and I can honestly say if she was 102 I would be worried that she might have a real problem.

Absolutely NOT!!! I am 5'3" and weigh 115lbs and this is a healthy weight. Don't worry about your weight!!! If you keep losing weight, you are going to end up in the hospital.
