Id say search for talent agents/scouts online. And go from there. The agents should be able to help you find auditions and what not.

I'm rewriting this post because my wife said I was being a smart-a**. I have a 2-year-old daughter who is very cute and charismatic. Everyone says so, but I would never consider putting her into acting this early. Acting and modelling is a cut-throat business, and it's especially hard on childrens' self-esteem at this early an age. Children who are brought up on this have a larger chance of having eating disorders or depression later in life. There's a lot of competition, and children who are pushed into it can feel like they're letting their parents down if they don't land a role or make the cut. A child's first few years should be saved for learning to walk and talk, learning to socialize, skinning knees, and, otherwise, being a kid.
I would urge you to reconsider this until your child is old enough to make up her mind for herself. Then she can realize that it's HER decision, not that of her parents. If you build up your childs self esteem early in life, she can go on to be a very successful actor in the future. Just look at the majority of successful adult actors. Nearly all of them were NOT child actors. Now, look at what happens to most child actors or performers once they hit their late teens and get their freedom (e.g. Britney Spears, Haley Joel Osment, Macaulay Culkin, Danny Bonaduce). They usually self destruct, get into drugs (or worse), and rarely go on to have successful adult careers.
