Gatorade is good, but I think the best is the Lucozade Pro Sport; it's easy to digest, great for thirst, and contains electrolytes that replace the ones you lose when exercising.

Red Bull is for girls. You can't go wrong with either Monster or No Fear.

yeah its red bull but as for wings nah its crap it do nothing 4 ya it dnt give u energy i would advise very very strong coffee x 4

speed vodka beer wine sherry whisky hash petrol washing up liquid cat peee dog pee whatever go for it oops forgot to mention rhino piss but must mix with ovaltine hope this helps ching ching

I think RedBull is good. I've tried it before a couple of times and it kept me going.
