i played bball for 1 hr, i walked for about 2 miles and rode my bike about 20 mph for 8 miles.

The link takes you to a calculator which figures your calorie burn off of your weight, duration of activity, activity itself, and then the level of effort that you put into it. It's really easy to use and the results are really accurate. I always use it.

I would estimate your exercise to be...

1. Basketball (1-hour): 500 calories
2. Walk 2 miles: 200 calories
3. Bike ride: 200 calories

There an calculator below that's a bit more accurate if you enter your weight (below). Add these calories burned to your BMR (see link below) & that's how many calories that you burned today. Hope that helped.
