Yikes, horrible situation....have you tried just coming out point blank and telling people your situation and seeing if someone would come forward to help? If you could, get the news involved. Tell them that your temple is low of funds and is on the brink of being lost and see if maybe there isn't some good samaritan willing to lend finacial aid to your cause.

1. Contact the media to bring attention to you situation. They like stories like that and it may bring in a doner to help.
2. Contact other temples, they may have resources and advice !
3. Sell the stuff on Ebay. Get an ebay account. My cousin made thousands, a lady at work made $3000 a month, you could do better and thats were the market for that stuff is!
4. If the temple needs money then you better get more people into the temple ! Promote your temple, get services and activities and stuff going. The more people the more resources you have. Temple is just a building with out people. Get them in the door and get them involved ! Get out into the street, into the town/city and bring them in. The Jahova's Witnesses and Mormons and Scientologists have no problem with having money for their churches because they are out there promoting themselves and bringing people in. They do all kinds of comunity works and events and go out and invite people and people show up and poof....money to build the places they need. Watchtower Farms in NY, Temple Square in Salt Lake City Utah, Flag Land Base in Clearwater Fl. , All built because those groups go out and promote themselves. Heck, with all the bad plublicity you would think that Scientology would be broke, and yet they are experiencing unpresidented expantion across the globe, building churches all over the place and filling them up. All because they know how to promote themselves.
5. Educate youself, the best way to save your temple is to find others who have done the same. Your on line, so I would start searching the net. Find out what successfull actions others took and do the same things. You may also find others who are willing to help.

Good Luck and Best of Wishes !

You need to be a little more specific. Are you talking about a physical building? If so, all I can think of is to file a lawsuit against whatever is threatening it's existence, . . . that or stage a protest.

Try contacting an organization associated with your religion. Perhaps they could spot you some money.

We have an imaginary temple. What kind of temple do you have, and what is the danger, that you need to save it?
