I live for the Lord today but I've already planned my memorial service for when I go home to be with the Lord.

Although a Christian, I do not concentrate on what will happen after I die. I am fully aware of where I will end up so it is not even something I think about very often. Most of the time I simply take each day as it happens and rejoice in the fact that I have another day to live. I love life and although as I said I don't think about death....most of the time I have no desire to shorten my span on this earth. To much to do.

I don't worry about what will happen after I die because there's no way to know what death is like unless you're dead. There's no point in worrying about something that I have no control over and know nothing about so I live for today. Because as far as I, or anyone else knows, there is nothing after you die.

I know that this life is all there is, so of course I live for what I think or hope will happen before I die.

Jesus told us we would be judged by how we treat others. I try and live by the moment, hoping that I recognize Jesus in the people and events that happen. What happens to me later is dependent upon what I do now.

The way we see death is at least as important as how we see life.

I want to see heaven....so in order that I may be there in happiness, I accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior and stand firmly 'today' in that acceptance and practice what I preach. So, yeah...I live for today...in the ways of the Lord, but I do think of heaven and will be anxious, in the end, to go home.

I live for every day of my life. It is the only guaranteed life we have.

I can't imagine going through life worrying about what may happen when life ends.

I am an atheist, and I live for the present and the future. I live for the present, and enjoy life, and I prepare for the future of my children, by earning enough money to see them through college, etc.
