I think you should break up with him, but when you do make it clear that you aren't dumping him for another guy. He sounds really jealous of your relationships with other guys so he might accuse you of cheating on him or something, just don't take it personally and get it over with.

It is threatening to a guy when his girlfriend wants to talk to other guys sometimes. It is sometimes because he has been mislead from other girls in the past, or he has no self confidence. If you feel that things are so bad that breaking up is the best thing to do, then just tell him that things aren't working out and his feelings aren't going to be hurt so bad.
If tyhe friends that you want to chill with are guys, you are actually creating the rift. I don't judge you, but I can tell you as a guy, that when you want to be alone with your guy friends, it sends a direct message to your boyfriend that he isn't important enough for you to hang with him exclusively.
Best of luck to you.

Break as fast as you can. It will be mush worse with the time.
He is obviously jealous. Having a relationship with a jealous person is tough. The jealous person acts untrusting or unworthy. Jealousy makes the person unattractive, even repulsive.

Well it might sound generic, but tell him you need space, cause thats literally what you need! If he's always there, and you feel he's becoming somewhat of a leech, you shouldnt have to deal with it.

Try talking to him...tell him you need your space too, and if he doesn't give it to you then you'll have to end the relationship....that should work...
