According to the efile direct deposit chart, you should expect your refund on March 16. It has always been accurate for me, my friends and my relatives. As long as your return is not held up because it is being reviewed by the IRS, then you should receive your refund on the day that they tell you on their website---"Where's My Refund" page.

It's accurate assuming there are no questions about your return. If the IRS accepted your return by 11 am on March 8, and no questions came up after that, it should be deposited on March 16. If you filed through a company that runs your refund through THEIR bank, like to pay your preparation fees, it would take a few days longer.
