I am trying to print a border in Microsoft Word, however, the bottom keeps getting cut off. This is what I have tried to correct the issue

- Adjust the margins in Page Setup
- Adjust the margins in Borders and Shading
- Change measure from end of page to end of text
- Ignore my printer warning of margins outside of range

Is there any other way to rectify this?

Thank you!

Under File>Page Setup>Borders - Select Options and make sure that you are measuring from the end of the page. Confirm you have the correct paper size selected and also make sure that your margins and border are within the print-range of your printer.

If you ignore the warning of being outside the print range, it ignores that you are outside the range, but that does not mean that it is capable of printing outside of the range.

This may seem obvious and silly but is the paper size set in word and the printer the same in other words is the paper size set to A4 in page set up on the file menu and is you paper size on your printer set to A4 or letter if it's set to letter or something smaller on your printer it'll cut the bottom off the printed page if words paper size is A4
