I eat very healthy. I don't eat a lot of fried foods, fats, cakes, pastries, or candies. And if I do I eat it in very limited amounts. I am 14, and people think I'm a health freak, which I kind of am. I'm really muscular, but it makes me look really fat though, because of the extra fat on top of it. Thanks so much. :]

Well when it comes to the fat on your abs and inner thighs, the one thing that has worked wonders for me is swimming. 30 - 45 a few times a week. Along with that you should try and find a good circuit training program or med weight/ high rep. porgram to get into. The circuit you should be doing about 8 or 9 times a work out and then do cardio afterwards to keep the energy burn and metabolism on an extreme high. The High reps will help make the muscles extremely lean. Since from the sounds of it you are thin, the muscles will then have no other option but to burn the fat next to it to get that required energy.

Supplements such as whey protien shakes a few times a day and glutamine and arginine pills will help as well. Arginine aids the metabolism and glutamine is what skeletal muscles are largely consistant of.

Hope that helps. And you should probably just give it time, I mean you are 14, plenty of time to perfect your body image.

Don't worry too much. You're still developing so there's a lot of changes going on right now. I was a health freak too when I was a teenager but I put on a lot of weight (like 25 pounds) due to all the hormonal and physical changes and it was all on my belly (aaah!!!!) and thighs and back but most of it fell off by the time I was 17 and I was back to normal.

I'm basically in the same damn boat and it sucks. All I have left is a little bit of fat on my stomach and my love handles. I know this doesn't answer your question but just know that its freakin hard and there are a lot of people dealing with the same thing so just stick with it.
