I have the following symptoms:
1.Somedays when I get bloated stomach and diarrhoea after dinner, with abdominal pain. And when that happens I have trouble sleeping. This normally happens if i eat a rather heavy meal for dinner or a late dinner
2.I have trouble gaining weight. However much I eat, I dont seem to gain much weight.May be because of the digestion problem I am having.
3.I have had acidity and digestion problems for about five years now , and I recently had my appendics removed as they diagnosed me with appendicitis.
4.If I eat something unusual, fatty, or things like prawns can cause diarrheoa but not all the time. Sometimes I do get away with it.
I know i must see the doctor, but i was given antacids most of the time. I just want a different opinion thanks

The bloating and upset stomach could be a food intolerance, all you can do to figure that out is try cutting out various foods and see if the symptoms clear up. It could be gluten intolerance.
You could have irritable bowel syndrome or coeliac disease.
If your stools float you could be having trouble digesting fats, thats something to do with your gall bladder.
All that seems a bit obvious from the symptoms you've described and I can't understand why your gp isn't suggesting you see a specialist - can you change your gp?

You obviously have a problem with your whole digestive system, and i would recommend that you do a thorough cleanse and detox of your whole system. the way i would suggest is that you take a course of medication to kills off the parasites that we accumulate over the years followed by a detox programme, once you have done these, i would then recommend that you begin taking a good quality pro biotic to boost all the friendly bacteria which we all need in our system. From start to finish this whole process should take about 2 weeks tops, and for good quality products should cost no more tha £50. I have included details of a website where I buy my products. I hope this has been useful for you.

do eat about half the amount and you will find much better.eat 2 hours before bed and never go to bed on full stomach.eat as salads and raw vegetable and drink plenty water but not with meals.eat your meals when relaxed and happy and never eat when angry or upset. chew your food slowly and thoroughly .i mean chew it lot more not just putting in.do not eat very hot foods like meals or even hot tea or coffee.do not eat very hot and spicy food this will ruin your stomach.if necessary take probiotics tabtets which are natural and will help ypur digestive system.Do not worry about weigh. It is much better to have less weigh than over and having all sorts of problems.First thing first get right your digestive.then come back about gaining weight.good luck and let us know how you did.

I would hazard a guess at either food sensitivities, a vitamin deficiency (could be B vitamins), could be coeliac (ask your doctor for a test - often they don't think of it). You are right to about the antacids, you need to find the cause. Heartburn and indigestion can also be caused by insufficient stomach acid.

You could be allergic to something that you're eating. I would make a food diary and then make notes on how your stomach fills after you eat. When you go to see your doctor again, take the food diary with you and write down any questions that you'll have for the doctor so you don't forget.

Hi,

You do need to go to the doctor but they need to check you for food intolerance's firstly and there are a couple of conditions it could be. Don't let them fob you off without some test or better still referral to a gastroenterologist, that's what I insisted on. I have a colonoscopy on Friday to determine what problem I have but its similar to your symptoms.

Culd be irritable bowel syndrome, but you should get it checked by your GP. You could just be getting a reaction to certain foods - spicey food causes IBS with me. Put your mind at rest and book an appointment.
