My parents don't think I know, but sometimes I hear them having sex. I think they shouldn't do it with me around. They have all these secrets, yet they think the things that I do are bad! Is this normal?

I would definitely tell them. They most likely do NOT know that you are hearing them. Just tell them in the most polite way possible that they need to "quiet down freaky time!!"

I am willing to bet that they don't know you hear, and that they will stop.

married people have sex, what can i say?

i had a lot of friends when i was growing up who heard their parents all of the time... at least they "get along".... MY parents, on the other hand were miserable together, and it showed.

your parents have a right to their private life, and everything that happens doesn't need to be shared with our kids.... some things are of an adult nature, and our kids don't need to have to deal with "issues" of an adult nature (not just sex, but other things too.)

how do you know your parents think the things you do are bad? have they told you?

meanwhile, growing up isn't that easy. hey... if you have problems with things around home, ask your parents if they will talk to you... ?? they just might.

take care of you.... and do your best!

Yes this is very normal, however if you want to quiet them down ,next time you see your Dad give him a "High Five"
and say "Way To Go Dad,showing Mom Mr Bologna again".
Maybe they will understand to keep the noise down...Or turn up your iPod!

Be glad that your parents love each other. You are very fortunate. If you don't want to hear them, turn up the music!

DO NOT TELL THEM NOR ANYBODY ELSE!.(why interfere in their marriage/sex life) BE GLAD THEY ARE NOT DIVORCED!
If that bothers you, turn on the music, or tv.but, not too loud.......use common sense.

They are adults. You need to grow up and act your age.
