It wouldn't irradicate congestion in the women's lanes, now would it?

we already got them in the uk mate, they are called footpaths.

not being sexist here so read the full post.....i do think female drivers are a big cause of congestion compared to say 30 years ago.
this has nothing to do with them being any worse drivers than men, just that back then very very few women drove and 99% had no need or ambition to pass the driving test, it was still seen as a 'mans thing'.
especially over the past few years females have discovered the joys of motoring and from what i saw while driving round the north east, only around 2 or 3 in every 20 learners were male.
so, we ban women from driving, roads clear instantly (the school run in the 4x4 stops), the females and children get a healthier lifestyle by walking to school, emissions are at least halved, fossil fuels will last longer, the local bus services profits will rocket and other road users (males) would not have to drive like freakin maniacs to try to prove some wierd macho point that only they get.
so there we have it, the perfect solution that benefits all without the expense of more roads.
vote me prime minister :P

No, unfortunately.

For the express way, there shouldn't be any congestion from people going 20MPH over the speed limit because they are just going soo fast that they get to their destination fast and no one is ever on the road for it to be congested, right?! No, because the 20MPH over people can't get past the normal speed limit people and then when there's a wreck, they like to be rubberneckers and slow down to a screeching halt from doing 75MPH just to look at a person that got in a car wreck which is none of there business. Then when they pass it and get back to speed, it's about time to get on the exit with all those people following you from that traffic jam and then you get stuck at the traffic light. Then....

All people have to do is GOOOOOO when the light turns green, NOT sit there and then 5 seconds later decide to FINALLY start barely hitting the gas pedal and get to speed only to have 5 people get through the light when there are 50 people behind them and the light turns red.

When I was in front of the line, I was like in the slowest diesel car in the world, at least compared to the gasoline cars around me and when the light turned green, within 15seconds I was soo far in front of the people behind me, that I could barely see them in my rear view mirror.I wasn't going any faster than 45MPH either.

Nope, don't think so, not unless there were new lanes built on every road. Despite your derogatory comment and attempt to be sexist and superior, I'd love to drive in a woman only lane, I'd feel a WHOLE lot safer. Don't tell me women are bad drivers - who pays more for insurance?

No of course not! How chauvinistic of you to assume that congestion is caused by women drivers. There are just as many, if not more men that use the roads as women. If you want to avoid congestion, pick up a few passengers and use HOV lanes.

Na because even if you give them their own lane they'll still be on the road

I think if we got rid of the politicians, we would erradicate the problems of congestion.
