supposed to hang out with a girl in like an hr and a half, but she still hasnt called me back after i left a msg. i think she might have went out with her friends, possibly forgot about me, or she just might be saying she doesnt want to hang out iwth me, without actually telling me. advice?

I dont know how old she is, girls like to play games. Wait for her to call you. If she does she wants to see you if she doesnt dont play her game.
