Is it the twitch where you feel it but can't see it when you look in the mirror?
If yes, this is normally caused by exhaustion or being run down or stressed
Try to get some more sleep, take vitamins/eat fruit and veg and try to relax a bit more.
If it is a noticable twitch that other people can and do see, I would get it check by your doc. Especially if your vision is impaired or you are being distracted while driving etc.

Well your eye is definitely twitching because the muscles under, inside, or around that part that was twitching was or is tensed up. If iit's still ensed, ou can cure it by pulling down the part that is twitching on your face by about half a centimeter. Next, if it is really near your eye, blink several times. If your eye was tensed up, close your eyes, take a nap, or sleep so you can help your eye relax.

If “twitching” is composed of muscle spasms in eyelids, the condition very in all probability is on the subject count of your worried device. for occasion, that's theorized that “eye twitches” related to those muscle tissue may be on the subject count of emotional rigidity or actual eye rigidity—i.e., observing a working laptop or laptop all day. If the attention itself twitches, a much extra significant subject must be an underlying condition. you have nystagmus, a sickness interior the attention’s motor (administration) device that motives involuntary eye strikes.

My eyes twitch if I haven't been getting enough sleep or if I've been staring at the computer monitor too long. What I do to cure it is to get more sleep and walk away from the computer monitor for awhile.

This is very common. It's a nerve - nothing to worry about though. I don't know if there is a way to stop it, but it will stop eventually tho, although it might return for a while.

Reduce your intake of caffeine, tea, or energy drinks. Your nerves are over-stimulated.
Try chamomile, rooibos or bush tea, mint teas. Get more sleep.
