i have my driving test at the end of this month and although i am confident and fine on my lessons, i know i'm gonna be a wreck on my actual test, is there anything that will help relax me...?

I get very nervous under pressure too, but, a few things helped me on my driving test....

1. I imagined that I was the instructor and she was the student, who had no idea how to drive, and I was showing her what to do, took a lot of the pressure off me.

2. I imagined her in her underwear .... nothing like driving a naked lady around a busy city.

3. I kept in my mind that I can take my test as many times as I needed and its not just a one shot thing.

4. I spent the morning indulging in all the things that I enjoyed and relaxed me the most. allowed me to take my test with a clear head.

Hope this helps you

most people get nervous on that day they think negative or doing wrong.Just relax, think positive that you are doing right.do not think any think wrong or try to rush.just stay cool, take your time and concentrate and pray before you start doing any think all the times.Go to the test centre few minutes before and relax.take long breath 8-10 times/you will be asked to read the number plate of the car 70 feet away so make sure you see that car parked near.good luck

Just treat it as another driving lesson but with a different instructor but show him how well, confident and safe you can drive. All the best hope you come back on here to tell us all you have passed.

I WAS just the same when i went for my last update on my First Aid practical ... THE examiner told me this and i have given it to many people when they are going to something important.

BREATH in as much as you can through your Noise and then out through your mouth very very slowly counting to 10 when doing this!!!! The results are tremendous. TRY this when under pressure IT DOES WORK!!

GOOD LUCK IN YOUR TEST!!!
