the media here not interested in preventing genetic diseases, I'm sure the idea would would take off with people like you who understand cause and effect if they knew. Sperm banking for later fathering needs a genius entrepreneur a\person with a very strong personality who could make it seem "cool" and maybe a celebrity like Al Gore who could explain the facts. There is the issue of male infertility as well as the issue of the damaging of the neurological development of some of these kids.

This refers to banking ones own semen for later fathering. It isn't done in the US except by some cancer patient and men in the military. I think you must be refering to a woman using a sperm donor. What is happening in India is called client depositor sperm banking for ones own use. It is good because a 35 year old man who wants to have a healthy baby might use semen that was banked when he was 25.

I would consider it a wise thing, and I'm probably not alone. If this were to receive more media attention here, it would certainly take off. I'm actually surprised that it doesn't seem to now.
