If you delete custom playlists, there is no way you can get them back,
BUT
you can remake them and still have the same songs on there.

For you Top 25 most played, go to file and new smart playlist and a settings box should pop-up.
Change the settings to your liking, and if you haven't reset the play count for your songs,
then your Top 25 Most Played Playlist should still be the same, unless you changed the ones you played most.
