I just made an iMemoryBook for my roommates wedding.
I was trying to decide what to give my roommate for his wedding present. After seeing iMemoryBook I came up with a great idea. I convinced Derek and Wendy to write "He said...She said" stories about the way they met and the way they got engaged. Then using iMemoryBook's invitation system I sent invitations to all of his family and friends, in Utah, and all of her family and friends, in California. Then I watched the wedding memory book grow online. I was amazed at how smoothly this book grew with the iMemoryBook system. Over 70 people got online, viewed and contributed to the book. The final book had over 200 photos, 75 entries(memories), and 100+ pages, iMemoryBook has helped me create something I wouldn't have even imagined possible.
The funny thing is that when it was done, even though my cousin LOVED it I think his mom loved it even more :)

In twenty years from now, you would be waiting to verify very few presents with their giver...yet you will in no way forget approximately this one. i'd keep this 'unusual' bowl for those unusual events at the same time with enjoying bridal/toddler bathe video games the place travelers would desire to undergo in techniques what's on a tray....whilst your having a gaggle of pals over and choose to start an exciting verbal substitute, placed this bowl out crammed with salsa dip and enjoy watching the reactions. you will get to hearken to lots greater weird and wonderful wedding ceremony present thoughts! ultimately, in line with possibility this female is a physic and your dogs Cincinnati is purely a pair of years away, lol.

Definitely the money because we bought a house 3 months after our wedding and used that money as our downpayment. The weirdest gift was a pair of binoculars...isn't that strange??

Other than the money of course, I'd have to say my favorite wedding present was the set of "Miracle Blade" knives with the wooden block. Now I can't live without them!!!

My father in law and mother in law gave us $5,000 and that was in 1967. In those days that was alot of money. We were able to buy a little home on Long Island because of that gift as we used that money for a down payment.

hmmmm. the one gift that stands out in my mind the most was the one that we bought ourselves with the money that we got from the wedding. the second best one was the money that we got from a group of people. we barely knew them and they gave us a card with $100 in it. made me cry.

We got the biggest laugh out of these cheesy ceramic salt and pepper shakers that came from my parents' friends (a doctor and his wife). They were made in China, must have cost less than a dollar.

We got something we jokingly call the "laundry basket of convenience!" It was awesome! It was a laundry basket that was full of household items: cleaning supplies, kitchen towels, toilet paper, pot holders, and so much more. My mother had gotten one when she was first married, and all her friends pitched in to make me one too. It had a lot meaning behind it and saved us money on having to stock our apartment with all the essentials!
