I just bought some creatine today to get stronger, but i have a couple of questions.
1. How often should i use it?
2. How many bottles of water should i drink during the day to not become dehydrated?
3. Will you see results the first time you use it(bench press go up)?
4. Will it make me weigh more?

Thanks for you help!

I think I can help. First off, you shouldn't have bought it w/out doing your homework, nothing to worry about though.

K, so. Creatine is made in your body and it breaks up the APT (or ATP? the phosphate molecule thingy) bonds in your muscles to produce energy. The idea of creatine supplement is to have more of those enzymes (I believe it is an enzyme) in your body so that you can break up more molecules and produce more energy.

Now, most creatine out there is shitty quality and you just pee it out. Kinda like Vitamen C, more than 100% DV then your body just gets rid of it.

One thing I have heard of to work, from 2 credible friends of mine that actually used it, is No-Xplode. do a google search, or go to a local GNC or health smoothy store, they should sell it.

Now, the water amount should always be around 8 glasses a day since you're working out, but if you fall short it's no biggie. Mostly you take creatin 30-ish minutes before you work out.

3 and 4 are easy after reading my above explanation.

Hope it helped!

Creatine prevents your muscles from pushing amino acids out when lifting weights. The loss of the amino acids is what makes you tired and fatigued. The creatine ultimatley will sustain your strength during the workouts. You will be able to lift more weights for a longer period of time. You will notice a difference in your work out the first time. Results for your bosy don't happen overnight. Creatine will not be the sole source of becoming stronger. It is a tool to use during your work outs. You have to work out to get stronger, period. Even those who use steroids are not very strong. They only look that way. Strength is in how hard you push yourself.

Drink 1/2 ounce water for every pound you weight each day.

Muscle weighs more than fat. So as you build muscle you will gain weight. This is healthy weight.

Use the advanced 'Kre-Alkyln' type - You dont have to go thru a 'loading-phase'

Look into Glutamine - its the #1 abundant amino acid in the body and needs replenishment after heavy lifting

Get some BCAAs as well

Take them before and after lifting and once or like me twice a day while not lifting, along with a good protein powder to heal and build muscle on your rest days.
