hey there, i was wondering if anyone can give me some simple exercises, i had a baby 6 mnths ago and tried to exercise, but i suffer from a bad back and my knee's are very weak due to strains from a previous job i did, and the exercises i'd done just made it 10x worse, i don't want to go swimming until i've lost at least 10lb lol any other ideas for me
please

If you find it difficult then why not try the diet I used. I lost a stone and a half in 6 weeks and have kept it off for 6 years. My wife could not exercise much but she still lost a stone and a half in just under 2 mopnths. Check the link

I would see your doctor for advice if you have a bad back- it'snot worth risking. I have just recovered from a damaged disc and have been given plenty of exercises- lots using an exercise ball to strengthen my core muscles- this might be wise to try out before you move on to anything to energetic, especially if you have done little exercise recently. Trampettes can also be good as they will reduce the impact on your joints. You can jog on one in front of the TV, and if you are not using it it takes up littlle space propped up against the wall.

You already know the best answer is swimming. Just bite the bullet, and go to a mother and baby water exercise class. All the other women will be too busy making sure their babies don't drown to worry about your weight.

honest, they have helped people lose weight
by keeping them moving, giving them a cardiovascular work out & keeping them occupied, leaving less time 4 snacking
4 couple of hours a day, it might help.
during babys nap?
