I think this is not a complete sentence.
Here is as much as I can:

toki ni = sometimes
kono = this
omoi = passion/feeling
karamawari suru = go around in circles
kedo = although

Although this(or maybe "my") passion goes around in circles
sometimes,

Does this make sense to you?
